Erik Ward has joined us as the General Manager of Digital Solutions. Backed by over 15 years in business development, product strategy, and growth leadership, he has a strong history of scaling impactful solutions that enhance customer value. Prior to joining our team, Erik was with Task Force Tips (TFT), where he headed the TFT Health segment, dedicated to advancing safety and health solutions for first responders and industrial workers. With eight years of military service in the U.S. Army and professional experience at companies including UL and General Dynamics, Erik brings a mission-driven approach to leadership.
With his passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges, his leadership will be instrumental as we accelerate the growth of our digital product offerings and drive innovation across our solutions.
